To qualify for a free retreatment within 15 days, the following must be completed:

  1. Everyone in your home must be checked or treated.

  2. All recommended products must be purchased and used as directed.

  3. Two treatments are required to fully remove adult lice, baby lice (nymphs), and eggs (nits).

  4. A follow-up head check must be completed.

If lice return within 15 days after these steps, we’ll treat again at no charge.

 

Booking & Cancellation Policy

  • A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your appointment.
    (This goes toward your total service cost.)

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 4 hours’ notice so we can accommodate other families.

  • Appointments changed with less than 4 hours’ notice may not be eligible to apply the deposit to a future service.
