Appointments:
Appointments are required; we do not accept walk-ins. Same-day appointments are available at no extra cost.
Upfront Treatment Plan and Cost:
At our clinic, transparency is key, to ensure you are fully informed about your treatment:
Appointment Booking:
To hold and secure your appointment, we require to have credit card on file.
There is a $25 charge for no-show, same-day cancellation fees and/or notice to reschedule is given less than 24 hours in advance.
For late arrivals, we only allow a 10-minute grace period. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be
canceled.
Follow-Up Visits:
A follow-up visit is required to apply your 15 day guarantee within 7 days of the initial visit.
Follow-up visits cost are a separate cost.
Follow-up visits are by appointment only
A follow-up visit includes a second full treatment it is not a re-check.
Hair Preparation:
You must arrive with dry, tangle-free hair. Tangled hair is subject to an additional comb-out fee.
Cancellations:
We reserve your appointment specifically for you, and we understand that sometimes plans change. To help us serve you better, we kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations.
24-Hour Notice:
Please notify us at least 24 hours ahead if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellation Fee:
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a cancellation fee.
Same-Day Cancellations:
Deposits for same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
To help you avoid any additional charges within the 15-day guarantee period, we kindly request that you reach out to our office to discuss any concerns before scheduling. We’ll gladly review your case and advise whether a third visit is needed.
We can offer guarantee treatment as long as the following requirements are met:
All family members, including caretakers and babysitters, must be checked and treated at My Little Kiwis.
